“Casa Ligea was the perfect place to stay for our 7 day visit to Positano. Pierpaolo, Maria Dolores and all their team were excellent from the moment we inquired about the property. The apartment is clean, extremely comfortable with an exceptional view. The walk to the town is fast (albeit a hill !) and there are excellent restaurants along the street so no need to go to the bustling square if you want something quiet. “We loved our stay at this villa in Positano. We had lots of room to spread out and enjoyed early morning cups of coffee on the veranda watching the city come alive. The villa is so close to so many great restaurants which we loved. We went up the many stairs to grab groceries for our stay but enjoyed the view from the top. Gaetano was a wonderful host - he helped set up transport from the airport and welcomed us upon arrival. There was even coffee, cornflakes, and milk available so we didn't……

“I missed an earlier communication from the host and therefore getting into the apartment was extremely difficult. Once we met the host and were admitted we had a wonderful time. The apartment, part of a noble palace built in the 1500s is a bit decrepit but everything works well and it is in the middle of the oldest “authentic” quarter of modern Naples. The locals were very helpful and friendly, especially Mario who works in the Osteria Gentile, opposite the front door. All sites, museums etc are……
