Welcome to our cosy beach house in the small quiet township of Middleton. If you are looking for 5 star accommodation, this may not be the place for you, but if you want basics, comfort, fun, relaxation, central location and added extras, then this is definitely for you.
The property comfortably sleeps 3 people, and there is a spare single mattress if required. 2 bedrooms in main house.
It is a short 200 metre walk to local beaches, Tavern, shops and cafes.
Pets welcome by negotiation.
The house has 2 bedrooms - one with a queen bed and one with a single bed.
The main house has split system air conditioning and overhead fans.
The kitchen has a small oven and fridge, microwave, and electric frying pan.
There is a tv and DVD player as well as record player and vinyl records for you to enjoy. Boogie boards and board games are available for entertainment.
There is a front deck for relaxing and viewing the Steamranger train when it passes by. The back of the house has a bbq and covered outdoor area. A carport provides undercover parking for a car.
The yard is fully fenced and caters to dogs should you have one.
Guests will have full access to the house and large back yard.
We are available at any time via phone for any questions you may have during your stay.
Melba’s Place has been our holiday home for many years. We would now like to open it for others to enjoy. There may be some personal items in the house while you are there which you are welcome to use.
