Even though the hotel was not full, we were given a weirdly proportioned room in a dark corner up 2 flights of steep stairs (we had 2 large bags). Room 14 was the worst in the complex, it faced the loud busy road, it was above a loud restaurant, power point didn’t work, bath shower didn’t work, and the price we paid was $30 more than I later found advertised for other rooms. If we had any of the other rooms, I think it may have been ok.

Great friendly customer service. Okay for an overnight stay, spacious and clean enough. However, since it was a little dated and dark decor it made the room feel like it was unclean. Bed manchester had some stains on the cover.
