Enjoyed this unique property that was very close to the New River Gorge Bridge and the town of Fayetteville. The little Sportsman cabins were ideal for just the two of us and we appreciated the quiet surroundings. The on location restaurant was very useful during our stay. The fact that they run rafting trips out of here along with ziplining gives folks some great activities. We enjoyed it because it was close to a lot of our hikes.

This is a wonderful getaway. The cabin was excellent, clean and comfortable. The campus is clean and well taken care of. The staff is fun, friendly and engaging. Overall we had a great stay and would highly recommend this property.

Unique in that most of the roads were gravel leading to cabin style accommodations but the accommodations were convenient clean modern and cozy. The views from the pool and walkway were awesome - especially at sunset and with morning fog in the valley.

We really enjoyed the cabin we stayed in and the beautiful views that the property provided. However, we went to go get coffee on the morning of our checkout and we came back to the cleaning staff already in our cabin whenever we still had an hour left to checkout. So we felt like we were being pushed out whenever we were looking forward to coming back to drink our coffee on the back porch for the last hour of our stay. Thankfully, they were nice and did leave when we got back, but it still made us feel awkward and unwelcome.

We were only at the property for one full day, two nights, so we didn’t get to use all the amenities. The pool looked beautiful and there was a great view from there! Some of the stores and restaurants were not open because it was not peak season when we were there, but those that were open were very nice! We stayed in a loft style cabin and it seemed to have everything we needed for a cozy stay. The location is super great!! It is very close to NewRiverGorge National Park, and all the outdoor activities you could want!! Definitely recommend!
