「The property is cozy, comfy, and modern. The bed is comfortable, and the wifi is good which I was thankful for since we had no cell service around here. Plenty of room for the dog to run around. We really enjoyed the fire pit and appreciated the plentiful firewood that was provided. It could be a little loud with the road being close by and people going fast, but there is a sound machine provided in the bedrooms which was very thoughtful. 」

「The cabin was nice. Just as advertised. Keep in mind that the loft requires you to climb a ladder. Everything’s clean and comfortable. Great pillows and the sound of stream outside made for a great night sleep. Definitely recommend staying here.」

「Great location! Cassidy and Wendy were great hosts and very good with communication. We did arrive in the dark and even with clear directions, struggled a bit on finding the cottage. The entry to the driveway is a bit rough and bumpy. Be sure to stay in the middle of the driveway. It worked well for a our group of 4 adults and 2 children. The "hobbit" area upstairs is great for kids. 」

「The place was clean. The hot tub was clean and ready to use, coming in handy. Thank you for that. We stayed just one night, but we used the fire pit for a bonfire and grilling dinner fare, which provided an authentic camping experience.The last 100 feet of the gravel driveway are quite steep; one of the vehicles with front-wheel drive couldn't make it to the parking area, but the 4-wheel drive SUV managed without a problem.All in all, I would recommend this stay. 」

「We had a great time at this unique place in the wilderness. This huge property was very peaceful and included a little pond and a creek (!). And it is perfectly located for visiting the “New River Gorge” Nation Park. The cabin is extremely cozy and rustic with lots of wood, impressive hunting decoration and authentic furniture. The kitchen and the bathroom were well maintained and neat. And we loved stargazing in the jacuzzi. 」
