「The location of the apartment was ideal perfect for travelling in an out of the city. The apartment was furnished nicely and was practical. The apartment it self was not very clean there were cob webs on the ceiling, dust on the utensils, mould in the coffee machine and the jug didn't look like it had been washed. "位置特别优越，就在CBD中心地段，出门没几步就是电车站，还有很多餐厅，涂鸦墙、圣保罗大教堂、维多利亚美术馆，弗林德斯街车站，都在附近或离得不远。酒店大堂和图片宣传的一样，房间也非常温馨舒适，设施齐全，沐浴露和洗发水的味道有一股柑橘香，整个酒店都显得高级了。我们离开的时候有几样东西忘记带走，电话询问后让隔天去取，所有物品整理得整整齐齐交还给我们，服务很贴心。"
