「The staff were attentive, warm and very engaging, from those in maintenance to the ones in the restaurant. Tendo was a rock at the front desk! She helped us get trusted drivers for transportstion when required. The property grounds were well maintained and we found the room and bedding comfortable. The location is convenient - slightly off the main road but within walking distance of town of Victoria Falls if so desired (25-30 minutes). Would highly recommend Batonka Lodge!」
