Checking in was super good. I wanted to leave my bag until the room was ready, but it was already by and hour. Access to all the things I needed to do in Victoria was great. The room was quiet even though just off Fort.

The hotel is a one of a kind! The staff are super friendly, accommodating, and helpful. Rachel was especially hospitable. The breakfast was initially somewhat disappointing due to being used to open buffets, but the more we stayed, the more we enjoyed it and it's varieties.

Breakfasts were lovely and plentiful, parking was easy and convenient!
Very impressive heritage building, but all the flights of stairs too difficult to manage. We only had a bathtub, which was pretty inconvenient. Decor needs upgrading.
Rachel, the manager, was so lovely and also very helpful.

My wife tell me the breakfast was excellent. We knew nothing about a hot tub. Two grievances, their ad did not mention the low ceilings or the only heat for the room was a baseboard heater between the head board and outside wall.
