We recently booked two rooms (Suites w/ Water View) for an overnight Victoria trip. We came around 5PM for check-in, the lady at the counter was very polite and pleasant, she went over the building, where the rooms were, and reminded us there were no elevators (we knew that when booking the rooms) The rooms themselves were very nice, a couch with a hideaway bed, a full kitchen (with dishes, and pans, and soap, and cups) a bathroom with a good sized tub (the room itself is a bit small but that's fine) and a bedroom with a door.
I will list a few cons: Both of our rooms had no water view as it was advertised a water view room (for both of them) you could see the faintest portion of water through a bunch of trees, but it's hardly a water view. Secondly problem was quite strange, unsure what it was, and I hope for the best it wasn't a recording device of some sort (I'm NOT saying it is, just a bad gut feeling) in our bedroom on the right hand nightstand, there was a strange beeping coming from the wall outlet. I didn't notice it until after I had changed clothes. I tried to look and see if I could pry the outlet cover off but I couldn't we didn't bring any screwdrivers obviously, but it was just beeping constantly. Our 2nd room had no beeping. Maybe just a malfunction in room #124. The bed was fine for me, but my partner didn't like it, too stiff.
Plenty of parking here, that's a good thing.
