Location is fantastic, the kitchen is so well equipped that we felt guilty for eating out so often! Walking distance to so many places! Loved it!

Great view and location!

Outstanding place! Check in is quite challenging and starts the experience off on the wrong foot, but the flat and the location make up for that quickly. I would suggest strongly recommending the check in service, particularly for first time renters. Only other minor suggestions would be new mattresses and retractable screens on the sliding doors. All in all an experience we look forward to repeating!

Great accomodations

The condo is just as the picture shows. Excellent in every way. Very close to all the amenities that a tourist, business person or long term guest would want. Bruce and Liz were very helpful and pleasant to deal with... Thanks so much Only draw back was there was just one Television in the den. Would be nice to have a TV in each bedroom as well.

Very well appointed condo, concierge was fantastic and very helpful. Our son slept in the den which had a very comfortable pull out couch but hallway lights were quite bright the entire night. Maybe black out blinds might help. Otherwise would totally recommend this place. Close to great restaurants, pubs, night life. We are a family of runners so Beacon hill park and the waterfront were close and awesome places to go running.

Exceptional location, beautiful apartment!

This apartment is exactly as pictured and in an ideal location for exploring downtown Victoria. It also had safe and secure parking. A few minor issues, the temperature varies considerably in the front and back bedrooms so it is difficult to set the thermostat to everyone’s liking. Suggestions to management- The master br mattress is quite soft, but that may not bother others. Also for such a fancy apartment, it wouldn’t hurt to upgrade the bath products and provide a pot of coffee for late arriving guests. But that is nitpicking, it is a lovely place and I would gladly stay in this apartment again. Thanks!

Victoria Apartment

The location was absolutely perfect, and the apartment was really nice. We were able to walk everywhere. We had a wonderful time. The only downside was the check in process. All of the instructions involved with picking up the keys and getting into the building/parking area were confusing. The key pick up machine located at the convenient store was not working correctly. The store attendant said they couldn’t help, and nobody answered the phone at the property management company. Eventually, after several attempts, we were able to retrieve the keys. Overall, we had a wonderful stay.

Almost great

Upon checking in the air conditioner was turned off and the unit was extremely warm. And uncomfortable. The unit has a nice view in the morning, but the west Sun can require closing shades in the afternoon. Open shades and a/c being off meant we were not comfortable for hours. We closed shades and turned on a/c at 4:00. We weren’t comfortable until nearly 9:00. We were denied early check in due to late cleaning. Doubtful considering how hot the unit was at 4:00. The unit is nice comfortable, well equipped and well located. West exposure can be a problem on warm sunny days. Management could have had the unit comfortable at check in.

Excellent stay with a hiccup or two

This apartment was immaculately clean, well laid out and comfortable with great views. A minor quibble - there was only one hairdryer between two bedrooms and we were unable to contact the management company in Victoria to address this. The managers of this apartment need to forewarn prospective tenants that there is a building site alongside the Falls apartments where work is underway on a high-rise development. We were not too affected as we were staying mainly over the weekend but noise was evident on the Monday.

Amazing property. Better than expected. Immaculate, clean, fully stocked. The extra towels was a great surprise and a luxury not provided by most VRBO owners. The location was perfect. Walkable everywhere. Beds were comfortable, couches were comfortable. It felt like home. We were very impressed and will definitely be back

Great location

Living room, kitchen and bedrooms were great! Spacious and had black out blinds which were needed with the early sunrise. Loved having the laundry available. The pool was heated and gets amazing afternoon sun. A few things were missing: -Air conditioning was broken and we weren’t able to turn the on floor heating down so it got very hot. -No Kleenex and 1 roll of paper towel for a week -No soap dish or towel hangers in the second bathroom -No blackout curtains in the den, which meant kids were up VERY early each day. Overall, it was a great place.

Lovely condo!

A lovely condo right in downtown. Beautiful layout , very well equipped and very clean! We had lots of room to relax after being out for sightseeing. Very comfortable. If you want to be within walking distance to everything this place is perfect. There is a Starbucks right across the street and Brown's social house is less than a 5 minute walk.
