Minutes away from the Inner Harbour and the Empress Hotel, this unit, designed with breathtaking views in mind, is the prime spot for your high-end urban vacation rental stay in Victoria. The floor-to ceiling windows emphasize the beauty of Downtown Victoria, which includes the Inner Harbour, the Strait of Juan de Fuca, the BC Legislature, The Empress and the city itself.

The condo is finely appointed, and includes a well equipped kitchen with granite countertops, high ceilings, large balcony, air conditioning, an electric fireplace and black out blinds in the bedrooms.

Amenities in the building include a well-supplied fitness centre, as well as a large seasonal outdoor swimming pool and hot tub. Swimming pool & hot tub are processed through a water filter system, tested daily & conforms with the Health Act. The pool area is seasonal and has usage hours that vary season to season.

The location is nearby all of Victoria's best attractions. Walk to Beacon Hill Park or take a stroll to the Inner Harbour and enjoy the street performers. The world renowned Royal British Columbia Museum and IMAX Theatre is two blocks away and right next to the legislature buildings of British Columbia. Take a whale watching tour, a scenic sailboat ride, a harbour ferry, or a fishing charter. Indulge in one of the Historic Walking Tours, some ghostly, some not; or perhaps a carriage ride. Take a bus tour to Butchart Gardens or visit The Victoria Bug Zoo. All of this is within a 5-minute walk from your front door and there is so much more to do within a 20-minute walking radius. You will be busy while you are here in order to experience all of the "must do" things Victoria has to offer.

Local public transportation is at your door step. Getting here, or going back, the BC Ferries Connector bus service, providing service to The Gulf Islands, Vancouver and the Lower Mainland is just one block away. The Victoria Airport is 30 minutes away with convenient shuttle service (YYJ Shuttle) available, also just one block away. The Coho Ferry to Washington State leaves from the Inner Harbour. The float planes fly daily straight out of The Inner Harbour traveling to Seattle and Vancouver. The Victoria Clipper passenger-only-ferry sails into downtown Seattle and offers ground transport shuttles to other destinations in Seattle, such as the airport.
Important Notes:

MINIMUM STAY: This unit requires a minimum stay of 90 days.

Please note, construction is on-going on a building site located next to the Falls building. This may result in some inconvenience caused by building noise during normal working hours.

CHECK-IN: You will receive the important check-in information email and text message with the check-in instructions 7 days before arrival. Check-in is as from 4pm P.S.T. Occasionally we may be able to accommodate an early check-in request but this is not guaranteed.

CHECK-OUT: Check-out is no later than 11am P.S.T. Upon check-out and to assist our cleaners, guests are kindly asked if they would put the towels in the washer and turn on, to put the dishes in the dishwasher and turn on, to remove all purchased food items from the refrigerator and to dispose of the garbage and recycling from the unit.

GUEST ACCESS: You will have the entire apartment to yourself throughout your stay. You are provided with two keysets including fobs for access to the suite and parking garage.

PARKING: Parking for one vehicle is INCLUDED in the rent in the buildings` secure underground garage. GARAGE HEIGHT: 6'8" (2.03 m). MAXIMUM LENGTH is 18 feet. If you have a large vehicle, please ensure that your vehicle will fit the garage height restriction.

BICYCLE STORAGE: There are multiple bicycle storage rooms but space is on a first come first served basis. Be sure to bring your own cable and lock. Please let Victoria Prime know when you are bringing bikes. The Falls building has a zero tolerance for bikes in the lobbies or elevators, fines will be issued for such.

NON-SMOKING: All our properties are NON-SMOKING. City and Strata bylaws dictate that there is no smoking of any kind inside, outside, on balconies or even within 7 metres (23 feet) of all buildings. Fines are enforced and will be $250 for each instance.

QUIET HOURS: From 10pm to 8am. Please respect our neighbours.

MINIMUM AGE to rent is 25.

BUILDING AMENITIES: Building amenities as advertised may not be open due to operational constraints. If the advertised amenities are important to you, please inquire about their availability before making the reservation.

ADDITIONALLY, please take note of the following:
• Pets are not permitted.
• Victoria Prime cannot guarantee the functionality of building amenities during your stay, as this is beyond our control.
• Wi-Fi may be unavailable in the common areas of the building.
• No furniture is ever to be added or removed without written approval and assistance by Victoria Prime.

Our family had a lovely stay in this suite. We loved the view and location. The building is well maintained and enjoyed the gym and pool. The check-in process was a little confusing as we did not know there were two different towers therefore two separate elevators, this resulted in a stressful entrance but once we made our way into the suite, we enjoyed every minute. Just remember there is street noise from Douglas especially on weekend nights.

Luxury condo nicely appointed with beautiful views of the harbor and bay, parliament buildings, Empress Hotel, and mountains. Great location within walking distance of many restaurants, pubs, shopping, sights, harbor walk, etc. Amenities did not disappoint. Lots of room to relax and visit. Comfy beds, quality bedding, lots of towels, great kitchen. Yes we would love to stay again!

This place was amazing. Perfect walkable location to everything around the inner harbor area and short drives to everything else. This lovely place was spotless and clean, well stocked kitchen for cooking and the views from the balcony impressive. We enjoyed fabulous sunsets, cool breezes and relaxing evenings and mornings enjoying the spectacular 180 degree views. We can not wait to come back next year.

The This location can’t be beat! Close to great restaurants, and tourist attractions. The view becomes magical at night with views of the cityscape, Harbor and boats decorated for the boats decorated for the holiday. Thank you for sharing it with us.

Check in and out was simple and Communication with management company was very thorough. The 15th floor view of James Bay was incredible. We stayed for 5 nights and had a wonderful time. Check I was very smooth. The apartment was well appointed, nicely decorated and very clean. The kitchen had more than the usual level of pots and spices etc for cooking, which was nice. The views were spectacular. Being a corner unit the light flowing in was wonderful. The views to the south and west were outstanding. There was some street noise and some noise from the Sticky Wicket Pub on Saturday night, but otherwise generally fairly quiet. We would definitely stay here again.

This is a lovely property. The location is so central and the views are spectacular. Great to be able to walk to all the restaurants, shops and attractions. The beds are comfortable. The condo is spacious. Little problem with the washing machine, but really not a big deal. Nice to be able to cook and look out at the Victoria harbour. :)

Property was spotless, well appointed and very well stocked. 15th floor placement provided excellent views and location about a block from the inner harbor was perfect; only had to take the car out of the garage one since we could walk everywhere else we wanted to go. Great building and garage security as well. We'll no doubt be back one day.
