Private enchanting cabin on the river

"It was a little difficult to find the place but if you’re sitting in the McKenzie Bridge church parking lot. Heading west towards Eugene the drive way is literally the second gravel driveway from the church parking lot. 56312 is the road marker it’s there if you have a keen eye. We liked it and would come again most definitely. Blue River Reservoir is a few miles away and we had the beach to ourselves most of the day. The water was crystal blue and perfect for the dog and the family."

"This cabin is a gem!! We loved relaxing on the deck listening to the river roar by (as well as the rafters)! Everything was thought of by the wonderful hosts! Even our doggie didn't want to leave. It's perfect!! We can't wait to come back!"

"If you’re ever in the area this is your choice! Trust me the best home I’ve ever rented and the hosts are the nicest people ever! Also who wouldn’t want to pet all the animals. The goats are so fun!! Room for the kids to run and even a tire swing. The views are also amazing..they had every thing I needed and the beds are the most comfortable, like sleeping on a cloud."

"Cool location away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Saw a bald eagle, hummingbirds, and multiple geese and ducks. Wish we had had more time to book a rafting trip on the river, but it was fun waving to those that did from the back porch. Only thing to keep in mind is that there are immediate neighbors not pictured in the listing. This kind of threw us as their property seems to share space with this property."

"We enjoyed our stay, quiet and relaxing. The communication with the host was terrific. We do like to cook and wish the home had a few more larger pots besides a small saucepan & maybe Dutch oven pot. Also some large mixing bowls. The beds were very comfortable and sitting on the outside deck was spectacular. We would recommend this place."

"Wonderful stay for 3 nights at this spot right on the river. It was clean, bed was very comfortable, deck was incredible and hanging by the river felt great. About 30ish minutes away there are several beautiful hikes to explore! Would stay again for sure. It is right on the McKenzie Hwy as listed on the address, so there is traffic noise but the river, gorgeous views, privacy, sunshine and singing birds make up for it! Host was very communicative and check in and check out was clear and easy."
