This beautiful and modern villa is nestled in the woods near the picturesque village of Vidauban. Ideal for families or groups of friends, it offers peace and privacy while being close to charming villages like Lorgues, Salernes, and Aups. Each day brings a new local market where you can sample and purchase fresh Provençal products.

Within just 30 minutes, you can reach the white beaches of Sainte Maxime, Fréjus, and Saint-Raphaël. As you drive between vineyards and wine châteaux, the scenic beauty offers a perfect balance of vibrancy and tranquility. Nearby, the Vidauban Water Park promises outdoor fun and refreshing activities for all ages.

The villa itself is spacious and filled with natural light. Enjoy the private swimming pool, sun loungers, and a large garden with a boules court. The covered terrace is perfect for shared meals, and the fully equipped kitchen provides direct access to the outdoors. Inside, the living room offers a cozy lounge space with a flat-screen TV, and the comfortable bedrooms ensure a restful night’s sleep.
