Great property, close to centre with easy access, but not the traffic and noise. Staff at the Senator are second to none in Austria.

First stay at the Senator, I stayed as it was convenient to the embassy I was visiting. It's easy to find, and park. It's staff are exceptional, reception staff second to none. Checkin was simple and fast, parking under the building limited so you should book, I had, and no issues at all. There's an on site Cafe for coffee etc, and several more in the street close by. The room was fine, bed and pillows comfortable, I would highly recommend the hotel.

Good value for money
It was quiet even though our room faced the main street. There is easy access to the centre using tramway 43 which stops close to the hotel, or tramway 9 just around the corner. Good bakeries and restaurants nearby. We never bought the breakfast at the hotel as it was quite expensive (22 euros/person on the spot or 15 euros/person if you prebook). Overall a pleasant stay at a reasonable price, considering the location and amenities.

Stayed 2 nights at the family room. It was big and nice and comfortable for 4 at the loft. There was a bathtub as well. My 2 teenagers love this hotel the most amongst our stay at Austria.

Nothing to complain about, it is also easy to get to the City Center via direct Tramway (The stop is just 100 meters from the Hotel)

We really enjoyed our stay. Clean hotel, friendly staff, lots of options for food and shopping. Short tram ride to the Christmas market. Tan is directly outside the hotel. Highly recommend.

In Summe ein 3* Hotel - was auch dem gezahlten Preis entspricht & somit ist die Leistung ok - für mehr Geld, wäre es nicht angemessen. Zustand ok - natürlich stark abgewohnt, aber nichts groß defekt, Matratzen in den Zimmern gehören getauscht ... Anbindung durch 2 Straßenbahn Linien in 100 m Entfernung perfekt.

Great hotel in Vienna
This hotel was perfect. The room spacious, the bathroom clean, AC unit was properly working, the bed was comfortable. We opted in for breakfast, the selection was good.

I feel that there’s a need to have their wifi services updated for the convenience of their guest. I do not need to hear excuses due to the capacity of the hotel. I paid to stay there
