Great place to stay! The room was very clean, and the hotel was extremely quiet in the night. The location was great as it is walking distance to most tourist spots, as well as public transport links nearby. I would definitely stay here again if I'm in Vienna again in the future.

Very nice hotel - would stay again

Great hotel with a good location in the old town - great value. The rooms were nice and very quiet. We also appreciated that the windows opened, allowing us to get some fresh air. The staff were very helpful and we would stay again. The only thing we did not like is that the lobby often smelled of cigarette smoke.

This is a very elegant hotel with spacious rooms and large windows overlooking a park. We like it because it is only 10 minutes walk from major sites, but far enough back from the tourists to be peaceful and quiet. The staff were very helpful and laid back, and breakfast was excellent. Most important, we always sleep well here. Good value for money considering this is the Continent where hotel prices are high.

Nice rooms, though my friend's was very small. Excellent location, a short walk to the centre and many little cafes and bars around. Breakfast a complete rip off for €21, and the 'bar' just a few seats in the lobby

We enjoyed our stay in this quiet part of Vienna’s Inner City. Our room had a view of the park (Rudolfsplatz). The hotel had an excellent breakfast bar, and the service was attentive and friendly. Several good restaurants , bakeries, and even grocery stores are nearby. The hotel is within easy walking distance from Hofburg, the Stephansdom, and other attractions, and the big shopping streets. There are also excellent boutiques and a sporting store nearby. We highly recommend the hotel!

This is a lovely hotel conveniently located in the centre of Vienna within a short walk of shops, restaurants, local transport and places of interest. We were in room 107 on the first floor. The room was a reasonable size and had a large picture window with a view of the square in front of the hotel. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were spotlessly clean as was the hotel itself. I should also mention that Vienna itself is also spotlessly clean - it puts my own home city (London) to shame! Decent wi-fi available in the room and a good selection of foods available at breakfast where the ‘breakfast ladies’ did a great job of making sure everything ran smoothly. All staff were friendly and helpful. Although there were a couple of very minor issues during our stay these did not detract from our overall impression of the hotel and I would recommend this hotel if you are looking for a nice place to stay in the centre of Vienna.

The K K Palais Hotel, Vienna is situated in a quiet area of the city about 10 minutes from the centre. We felt very safe walking back there late in the evening and there was a local supermarket very close by, if needed. The hotel was clean and offered a good selection of drinks at the bar and for the buffet breakfast, which was reasonably priced. Our twin room was very clean and serviced daily with clean towels, complimentary water and tea/coffee etc. The room, on the 6th floor, was quiet and accessible by 2 reliable lifts and all communal areas were clean with a working cash machine in the lobby and computer access if needed. Although we didn't have much contact with the front desk staff, except for checking in and out, we did ask for assistance getting a taxi and this was dealt with efficiently but time to destination and cost wasn't able to be got from the taxi firm for us. Overall we had a pleasant stay and would consider staying here in the future. Vienna is such a beautiful city :)
