The front desk staff were so helpful ,especially because our flights had been delayed and my baggage was missing for 4 days. They completely supported us through the dificulties in a calm and professional way.

This was the perfect place to stay in Vienna. My room over looked the botanical gardens. I was able to open the windows which made it feel like a room in a home rather than a hotel room. The staff was very accommodating and very friendly. Love my stay.

It had to small of a lobby area, no place really to sit and drink a cocktail after a long day or flight. No bar. Both hotels on either side had them their lobby area feels more like waiting area at service station for your car.

Comfortable room in a conveniently located hotel

Our room was large and comfortable, and the hotel was conveniently located. The breakfast buffet was varied. The only negative point was the shower: the showering space was much too narrow, which made the showring experience fairly unpleasant.

Beautiful building close to the Belvedere museum and the main train station. Large quiet room with comfy bed.Will stay again next time I am in Vienna

Love Vienna

This hotel has a good location for getting into Vienna Centre 71 Tram direct! We stayed 3 nights, room may have been a little too warm for my liking but that’s just me!! Comfy bed, good shower what more do you need, close to the Belvedere Schloss…. Would defo stay there again!

The hotel was great in any aspect! From the staff to the cleanliness. I would recommend people to stay here as I felt very safe and it was in a key spot so I was close to the center but not too close to the tourist spots. The reception told us that we were in safe space since we were close to 3 embassies. The room was beautiful and had a lot of space for 2 people. I recommend.

Not one of the better NH

Just an OK hotel. Two things are paramount for my stay: coffee machine in room and good shower. While the pictures clearly showed Nespresso machine but my room did not have one and they didn’t oblige upon asking. Shower was terrible. I intended to take pic but forgot. Hardly a trickle, very low force. Bathtub present but no shower head in bathtub (it was removed). No water bottles. Breakfast was exactly the same every day.

I spent 2 weeks researching hotels and am so glad I did because I was delighted by the experience and bang for my buck! First, the quality standards are great. Second, the room was spacious and much larger than that noted by other competing 4-star hotels in the same price range. My room had large windows and faced the garden. The furnishing, flooring, etc., were clean and felt like it was new/well maintained, and looked splendid/well designed. The hotel has a wellness center (free to use). Third, the hotel has a wonderful location - just 3 to 4 minutes walking distance to both the Rennweg tram and metro train station. The Rennweg metro itself is just a 4 minute train ride to the main Vienna Hauptbahnhof train station. One can even take the metro train to the airport from the Rennweg station. The hotel is 3 minutes walking distance to the Lower Belvedere entrance and from there it takes about 5 minutes walking distance to go to Upper Belvedere. The tram ride from Rennweg station to the central part of Vienna takes 7 minutes. Next to the Rennweg station, there are several cafes/restaurants/fast food options as well as a supermarket. Additionally, I liked the small extra touches - for instance, the fruit and cool drink available at the reception and, as a green initiative, the option of receiving bar coupons for waiving room service. Finally, it's the outstanding value that the hotel offers (quality relative to price) that makes it a superb choice.

There were insects found in the rooms we booked and even dead ones indicating the housekeeping was not thorough. We also noticed some stains on the basin countertops showing that it wasn’t cleaned. Tried to make fo but it was really uncomfortable to us. It was pretty bad that we had to vacate the rooms and went to the hotel next door adding costs to us and them refusing to refund the un-utilised nights.

Easy to get to from the S7 airport train. Lovely location next to the Botanical Gardens and Lower Belvedere. The 71 streetcar across from the hotel takes you directly to the Ring. The staff are very thoughtful, and the Green option allows you to have free drinks. Also, my room was extremely quiet.
