非常一般的一家酒店
第二次入住这家酒店啦 感觉和上次的有点相差 这次觉得酒店房间有点老旧啦 整个房间的设计也不是非常温馨 酒店的地理位置对需要逛老城区的人来说还是有点距离的 虽然距离地铁站是很近啦 优点是前台处理问题还算高效 不过整体来说是一家非常一般的酒店，不太能算五星的吧

Good location yet quiet environment
The hotel is very classy, thoughtfully decorated by artistic photos. Staff are friendly and helpful. It is just 5 mins walk from the University of Vienna and 15 mins wlak to the City center (the ring). We are here for business, the wifi is good and nearby there are supermarket if you want to grab a bottle of water. We are very please with our stay at The Levante Parliament

最佳服務典範，嶄新設計裝潢
我們住了兩晚，事後扼腕，因為應該多住幾晚才是。價格合理、服務親切。當我們一抵達，馬上有服務人員幫我們把行李提上階梯，坐下等check in時，就有人遞上礦泉汽水，等check in 完畢，服務人員就幫我們把行李送到房間。隔天，我們先用了運動的設備與三溫暖，裡面有水與青蘋果可供取用，當我們要離開飯店到市區逛逛時，小孩吵著要櫃檯上的青蘋果，我們拿了一顆，但因為還沒有洗，所以，跟小孩說等洗完後再吃（我們講中文）。從旁邊經過的服務人員，像是懂中文一般（當然是不可能），就在我們轉身、準備要踏出飯店門口時，該名服務人員竟然遞上一顆洗好的青蘋果！這真的是太驚喜了！到了最後一天，要離開時，同一名服務人員（我看了一下掛在身上的名牌，只能看到像是Daniel，不確定拼法是不是正確）幫我們把行李提到我們的租車旁邊，我們心甘情願要付小費，但發現身上都沒有零錢了，該服務人員很親切的跟我們說，沒有關係。櫃檯人員的服務也是一流，人很親切又有禮貌，就算再累也會掛上讓人覺得溫暖的微笑，不論我們怎麼叨擾，都很有耐心回答我們一個個問題。房間的設計有現代主義的風格，常會發現驚喜（吹風機是放在抽屜裡唷，不要像我們住了兩天要離開的最後一刻才發現），總之，這是一個極佳的住宿經驗。Location極佳，以後返回維也納，會繼續入住該旅館。

Nice location. Walkable around the Christmas markets and other touristy attractions. Lots of choices with the breakfast buffet.

Clean room with high ceilings and huge windows overlooking courtyard. Room was on the small side, but we were only there to sleep, so it wasn't an issue. Staff was friendly and helpful, easy check in and check out. Property was near restaurants, shopping and public transportation.

Definitely not 5 star
Very difficult to get to as U2 metro line (nearest) is closed and trams stopped working so had to walk a very long way in the snow to get there. No empathy on arrival. Rooms small and very very dimly lit and dark furniture even with all lights on, but bathroom was ok, service at reception was reception was variable, some very good and helpful but others nonchalant, the biggest issue was that the bar and restaurant are closed on Sundays, the rooms are very hot and difficult to cool because in winter you can only heat them not cool and in summer only cool and not heat. Definitely not 5 star, but near to one of Xmas markets, and once cracked the trams, got around ok,
