Kein Weingut, daher auch keine Weinberge.Die Wohnung ist 1a sauber und praktisch eingerichtet.Für den TV sollte man evtl. eine Anleitung bereitlegen und auch in der Beschreibung schon drauf hinweisen, dass dieser nur über wlan funktioniert. Wir waren etwas lange damit beschäftigt, etwas anzusehen. Der Lift ist für einen Rollstuhl ungeeignet. Zum Glück ist unserer klappbar, sonst hätten wir die Wohnung garnicht nehmen können.Bei dem Code für die Haustür vielleicht auch drauf hinweisen, wie man ihn eingibt (#davor und danach).Lage ist am Rochusmarkt optimal - alles was man braucht ist in unmittelbarer Nähe.
