"Very nice hotel in a great neighbourhood, Hietzing near Schonnbrunn and lovely historic grounds. Although not in the centre of town, easy and convenient to reach via U bahn Line 4. Breakfast buffet was fantastic. Room cleaning could be improved as night table counters were not wiped down. Overall would recommend it."
"The front desk manager was very professional and handled issues sincerely. The breakfast staff (especially Lisa) provided excellent and attentive service."
