The communication that was automated was fine, but we had a lot of trouble with the air conditioning. We asked for them to come fix it. They did and then the remotes didn’t work and it was FREEZING. We couldn’t warm it up, we couldn’t turn it off. I sent messages asking for help and they didn’t answer them. We had to move to the outside porch to sleep. None of this is ok. And frankly, I would like compensation. I absolutely expect a refund of some kind. This is not what we paid for.
