Terrible service

Very rude receptionists, not friendly and unhelpful. Called ahead of booking and was told by the staff breakfast was included with the booking, showed up and was told we had a pay £12 a day per person for breakfast. Ended up paying an additional £120 for two nights for 4 of us. Receptionists were rude about the situation. We booked a room with a balcony and did not receive the room we booked. Other members of the family received the balcony room and during the night it had rained and water entered the room, no refund was given Wouldn’t return back to this hotels, completely ruined our stay in Vieste. The parking is a joke, tight and if you don’t get a spay you have to pay £20 for the day which is ridiculous. Wouldn’t recommend.

Zimmer in 5.stock neben lift mit Fenster auf dachterasse. Zimmer is klein, Dusche ist so klein das einseifen nur ausserhalb möglich. Wir haben uns gefragt, was macht hier ein ältere ev. Molligere Person? Frühstück ist halt italienisch, Parkplatz vorhanden in geschlossene Bereich. Absolute Plus ist die Nähe zur Centro storico.

Preis-Leistung okey

Empfang war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Das Bett okey. Frühstück für jeden etwas und der Kaffee tip top.Das Schwimmbad ist am Nachmittag geschlossen aber man hat die Möglichkeit am Strand Hoteleigene Liegen zu mieten.

Fint hotell med bra läge. Bra bemötande Begränsad privatparkering Hotellet har ett fint poolområde med badvakt, tyvärr när det är som varmast går det inte att bada då de håller stängt mellan 12,30 och 16,00!!

Hotel liegt sehr zentral zu Altstadt und Strand - alles fußläufig gut zu erreichen, begrenzte kostenlose Parkplätze am Hotel stehen zur Verfügung, Hotel schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen- Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ist gut

grosses Zimmer, grosses Hotel, Restaurant vorhanden mit gutem Essen, zu Fuss ist man in 10min in der Altstadt von Vieste, wo es ein sehr grosses Angebot an Restaurants und Läden hat. Nettes Personal, leider funktioniert das Internet nicht immer, in der Lobby funktioniert es aber, leider läuft dort den ganzen Tag lautes Radio.

Situato in una zona strategica a pochi passi dalla spiaggia del pizzomunno e vicino alla zona pedonale con parcheggio interno alla struttura. Personale molto gentile e attento. Pulizia eccellente. Ampi saloni con pianoforte, biliardo e tavolo da Ping pong. La nostra camera confortevole. Ottima la colazione.

Fint og godt beliggende hotel

Vi blev godt modtaget og fik en opgradering af værelset som betød at vi fik en stor terrasse med liggestole og havemøbler. Personalet var venligt og meget hjælpsomme. Rengøringen var i top. Morgenmaden var efter italienske forhold rigtig god. Hotellets private strand var god og der var et udmærket sted hvor man kunne købe nogle enkelte retter. Alt i alt en god oplevelse.

Wonderfully friendly staff. Super room with an amazing sea view terrace, which was huge. Very clean everywhere. Plenty of choice at the breakfast buffet. Great location , very near to the main, long sandy beach but also just a short walk to the castle, harbour and old part of town.

Nice huge hotel with good location

Perfect for tourist groups, but I prefer a smaller and quite hotel for my next stay in Vieste. The hotel is well equipped for all types of events in the tourist season, but had not enough staff to handle the breakfast time in off season.

Très bonne surprise

Nous avons adoré l'hôtel Dehli Aranci. Très confortable, très propre. Idéalement situé près des plages et du centre, tout en étant à l'écart du bruit. Personnel très sympa et serviable. Je le conseille sans réserve.
