「Spotless room very beautiful! Staff is awesome!」

「The front desk staff, both when I was checking in and checking out, were both very friendly and helpful. The only negative comment I have is taking a shower in the morning. I messed with the hot and cold for at least 15 minutes trying to get the water just warm, not scalding hot or freezing cold. It never did get warm so my shower was one of the worst ones I've ever taken. 「Room way clean ish. Stains all over carpet. Had a mildew smell. Toilet was broken. Holes in walls and peeling paint. When I asked for towels they told me they were out. Ac unit was falling apart. Only positive was they let pets be there and there was decent water pressure.」

「The breakfast was better than a lot of free hotel breakfast and for the most part, the staff was friendly. The common areas were clean enough but our room left a bit to be desired. For example, you could see handprints in the dust above the lamp. The main issue that we had is that our room didn't get cleaned the entire 6 days that we stayed. The 3rd night, we went to the desk for clean towels. On the 5th morning we stoped by the desk on our way out to inquire why our room had not been cleaned...
