This property indicated that is has laundry facilities, however, there were NO washing machines or dryers available according to Gonzalo at the front desk. He was very rude about it denying that their listing said anything about having a washing machine at all!

The hosts tried to be helpful but they live an hour away and the people who help them are not useful
There was NO information about how to use items. No explanation for the washing machine or how to get hot water. When we inquired the answer was the previous occupant pushed the wrong buttons. The washing machine ran four hours at a minimum. One rope outside to hang wet clothes. We had to call several ...
