「Bed linen and pillow cases seem not clean. We stayed consecutive 3 nights. The towels were not changed for 2 nights. On the 3rd day, we met the housekeeping staff and asked him to change towels. He answered that he only changed towels for rooms that had been checked out and informed us to go to the reception at the main building 200m away from the annex building where we lived. Apparently he was changing towels and nothing else」

「望著山坡小村莊，風景很美。房間十分清潔，只可惜要共用浴室，但浴室很整潔，沒共用的感覺。房間沒有可以打開的窗，沒有電梯。」

「旅店很舒適乾淨，有3間廁所與淋浴，公共空間整潔，廚房應有盡有很齊全（有洗碗機冰箱餐具熱水壺烤箱微波爐），餐桌很大，是自助入住，房東會寫信跟你說鑰匙在哪怎麼退房，垃圾分類這些，停車場大，附近光害少沒什麼店家，天氣好走出旅館可以看到極光。因為附近沒什麼店家，大家記得沿路有超市時就先買好食材到旅店煮。離飯店不遠處有加油站。」

「Excellent place to stay one night if you are stay in the cottage.」

「It's near the hot spring spot yet I can't even open a suitcase in my room. For the room like this, it's rent is crazily high. There are cabinets in front of this guesthouse which seems much nicer. Nevertheless, it provides a nice living room but you have to climb up a super steep stairs to reach there.」

「Die Lage der Unterkunft ist super. Jedes Zimmer ist mit einem Waschbecken ausgestattet. Unser Zimmer war sehr groß und wir hatten einen tollen Blick auf Dyrholaey. Die Besitzerin ist sehr nett und gibt viele Tipps. Auf Anfrage wird sogar die Wäsche gewaschen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.」

「This was our second stay in a year’s time. If you don’t know what to expect, you may be surprised. It’s an old boarding school, so it has a cool factor. It feels like you’ve stepped back in time because everything looks original. The rooms are old but clean and have a bed, table, and sink. The bathrooms are down the hall, old but clean as well. It could really use some renovations. The location is great if you’re in the area because there aren’t many other options. We were disappointed with...

「Quiet, comfortable stay on a farm that was just outside of Vik and close to Dyrholaey and Reynisfjara Black Sand Beach. There are 5 rooms with a shared kitchen, sitting area and 2 bathrooms. The bathrooms were modern and spacious, and even though they were 'shared,' there was always at least one open whenever needed. The other guests were quiet and considerate, so we would definitely stay here again.」

「DO NOT BOOK HERE! They don't care if the weather closes the roads and you can't get there, it's your problem and they don't refund you even though it's out of your control. 」

「非常不好的經驗和不聞不理的溝通過程！提前兩個月使用app訂房的，明明看到顯示有空房才下訂，之後也收到確認信，結果一直在入住的前兩個禮拜發現屋主傳訊息要求取消該訂單，因為那個時間已經有其他人預定了，但我根本沒有收到屋主傳訊息給我的通知！！之後是試著透過app聯絡屋主了解狀況，都沒有得到回應，向平台反應也都沒有得到回應，後來因為疫情無法入住要取消，寫信給平台跟屋主同樣沒有得到回應！真的是很差的經驗！！！」
