「Great hotel. Air conditioning worked well in November to keep my wife cool for sleeping. Bed was really comfy and the property was lovely. Enjoyed the delicious breakfasts and coffee as well as the dinners. The short walk to the historic center and Cathedral de Santiago was great. It rained the entire time we were there but the service, food and comfortable room made up for not being to explore as much of the town as we wanted. Excellent and friendly service. Also great on site underground...

「The apartment we stayed in was amazing - Lole and Tere were very accommodating. The food was fantastic, especially the shrimp and the steak. The pick up from the bar on the camino worked perfectly and the drop off was equally easy. The place is beautiful and the staff work really hard. It was a perfect place to stay while walking the camino.」

「not the service for four star hotels: disappointed. 1. they cant found our reservation from the computer. (its ok. happened sometimes) but at least dont let us standing and waiting there with big package. and when another customer came after us. they helped them first. we just standing there and watching what they doing. when i asking for sitting in lobby to wait ( which is just near the reception). they still didnt notice its because we tired and waiting too long. just answered it will finish...
