“We had a great stay at Hotel Firenze Lugano! The receptionist was so sweet and welcoming, which set a really nice tone for our visit. The location was perfect for us — we walked the Olive Trail to Gandria right from the hotel, and it was a beautiful and manageable distance. We also ate at the onsite restaurant and really enjoyed it — the food was lovely and the atmosphere was relaxed. “I normally do not write reviews; but, wanted to for this hotel. It is a small quaint hotel. It actually has a small pool and hot tub with incredible views. It is actually located in Vezio right outside of Varenna. At first, I was concerned about the location from Varenna. However, Rita the proprietor made sure we had transportation from the train station as well as to and from all of our points of interest. We seriously wanted for nothing. Rita and the staff made sure all our needs were taken……

“Very near the railway station and nice staff. The staff let us settle down those luggage in the room before they clean the room. These are the only GOOD things I can mention. The others are average or slightly below average. I chose it because I only stayed one night before I left by railway and it is really convenient to walk the station, so I sacrifice somethings.”

“Espectacular!!! Definitivamente el mejor lugar para quedarse en el Lago di Como. Acceso directo a la playa, cerca de la estación de tren, ferry y autobús. Habitación súper moderna, espaciosa, limpia y con todas las comodidades. Y lo mejor de todo, las atenciones de Stefy y Bepe (los propietarios), siempre atentos y dispuestos para hacer que la estancia sea lo más placentera. “Skønt sted! Vi fejrede nytår her og var her kun én nat. Men vi vil utrolig gerne besøge stedet igen og opleve det om sommeren. Stedet er som et slot dog med nye faciliteter som gør oplevelsen helt fantastisk! Der er ikke så mange værelser, så man følger sig taget godt imod af Ariana og de andre medarbejdere, som sørger for fin morgenmad og hvad man ellers kan ønske. Køleskab og dejligt badeværelse, og indretningen føles autentisk.”
