Fantastic property with all facilities for a great stay

We stayed a whole month in January and we had a wonderful time. BBQ, sun loungers, well equipped kitchen. We would recommend it. Location was very good for the airport and santa Cruz.

Perfect location to explore the island

We enjoyed our stay in Alberto’s house. It is clean, well equipped with everything you need and located in a very quiet area. Supermarket is nearby, restaurants in Santa Cruz.

Spacious and well equipped

My husband and I enjoyed our two week stay in the house. It is spacious and comfortable and very well equipped, particularly the kitchen with the benefit of a dishwasher, large fridge freezer and oven . It was very quiet and peaceful at night. The front of the house is exposed to the wind but the compensation is a view down to the sea and of the mountains. There is no internet. Alfredo sent us lots of helpful information about the island and was very prompt in responding to any queries. We found many beautiful well way marked hikes on the island, though all are strenuous with the mountainous terrain. The scenery is so pretty and the wild flowers were out, an added attraction. Although you can use the buses to access walks, we were glad we hired a car. The roads are steep and twisting in the mountains and slow but the scenery is wonderful, particularly across the middle of the island past the Roque de Mucheros view point and the North coast. .

Típica casita de pueblo de nuestra infancia acogedora. La chimenea en la planta superior fue ideal para las noches de diciembre en las que hacía más fresco. Calma total y cerca del aeropuerto y la capital. También con un pequeño comercio a pie para sacarte de apuros. Fantástico para familias de adultos. Arriba dos habitaciones con su baño cada una. Para los mayores. Y abajo habitaciones de dos camas para los más jóvenes, compartiendo un baño.

Tranquilo y bien situado

El alojamiento destaca por la tranquilidad que hay y el entorno natural alrededor, muy bien situado con respecto a puerto, aeropuerto o Santa Cruz de la Palma. Nos hemos sentido como en casa, gracias al propietario, que se ofrece para cualquier duda, incluso con recomendaciones de las opciones que teníamos por la zona en cuanto a comercios, restaurantes, alquiler de vehículos, etc....

Ein gelungener Jahreswechsel

Albertos Haus bietet alles, was man für einen gelungenen Jahreswechsel benötigt- genügend Platz für 3 erwachsene Personen, eine wunderbar grüne Umgebung, großzügige Ausstattung für gemeinsames Kochen und sehr komfortable Betten. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen, zumal das tolle Wetter sein Übriges beitrug. Alberto war immer zu erreichen und sein Haus ist sehr empfehlenswert. Gerne wieder.

Estancia muy agradable

Cumplió todas nuestras expectativas. Buena ubicación con amanecer en el mar y cerca de la capital, la estación marítima y el aeropuerto. El propietario estuvo en contacto con nosotros vía correo y WhatsApp desde que contratamos aunque no tuvimos necesidad de solicitar nada. La casa está bien equipada, con productos de limpieza y aseo. El WiFi funciona. La barbacoa cuenta con leña. Además tiene un huerto con frutales. Todo bien

Ein Haus zum Träumen

Wunderschönes Haus in ruhiger Lage, geschmackvoll und zweckmäßig ausgestattet, mit allem was man braucht. Der Garten mit seinen Obstbäumen und Stauden ist schön und liefert gesundes Obst. Wir haben lediglich das (größere) Obergeschoss genutzt, für 2 befreundete Paare optimal, denn jeder hat sein eigenes Schlaf- und Badezimmer. Die Terasse oben läuft einmal rund ums Haus und ist vorne überdacht. Hinter dem Haus gibt's einen großen gemauerten Grillplatz mit Tisch und Stühlen und einer Spüle. Im Wohnzimmer sorgt ein Kamin an kälteren Abenden für Gemütlichkeit. Wir haben uns hier alle gleich zu Hause gefühlt und einen herrlichen Urlaub verbracht. Alle Ziele sind von hier aus schnell mit dem Auto zu erreichen. In der Nähe gibt es zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Los Cancajos, Santa Cruz de la Palma und der Flughafen sind in 10 Autominuten erreicht. In den Westteil der Insel ist man ca. 30 Minuten mit dem Auto unterwegs. Ein ganz hervorragender Ausgangspunkt für jegliche Aktivitäten. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr gut und sehr herzlich. Wir können dieses Haus nur wärmstens empfehlen 😀

Excelente alojamiento

El propietario, Alberto, ha tenido un trato excelente desde el principio. Amable, servicial y atento. La casa está situada en una zona tranquila, muy accesible justo al lado del aeropuerto, con zona de aparcamiento y unas vistas maravillosas a Tenerife. Un alojamiento muy equipado ideal para un grupo de personas. Sin duda repetiremos. Un 10.

Vacaciones en La Palma

Hemos estado muy cómodos en la casa. Bien equipada y muy amplia. La ubicación es excelente, cerca de todas las carreteras importantes de la isla y de todos los servicios básicos. Las vistas son muy bonitas. Da gusto sentarse en la entrada y relajarse mirando el horizonte. Desde el principio Alberto (propietario) nos dio información precisa y todo tipo de facilidades atendiendo a nuestras necesidades concretas. Este alojamiento es altamente recomendable. Sin duda, repetiría.

VIAJE A LA PALMA. CASITA EN MONTE BREÑAS

La casita está en un paraje la mar de tranquilo pero al mismo tiempo muy accesible a los pueblitos cercanos: fuimos a la panadería, restaurantes buenos y típicos, gasolineras, etc. desde aquí sin tardar mucho. Puedes, incluso, ir andando a la localidad más cercana sin problema. Las vistas son preciosas y se respira paz y sosiego. Estar en la terraza o hacer una barbacoa es posible y comienzas el día con energía y positividad. Hemos dormido sin bajar persianas porque es un gustazo recibir poco a poco la luz de la mañana rodeados de frutales y vegetación canaria. ¡Un placer para los sentidos! Alberto ha sido muy atento y rápido a la hora de contestarnos a cualquier duda. Sus sugerencias son muy acertadas. Y la isla en general es un auténtico tesoro.

Espectacular (volveré seguro)

Casa muy amplia y equipada con todo lo necesario para estar una temporada. Es exsctamente como se describe en el anuncio. Ubicación inmejorable, paz y calma total, solo escucharas pajarillos, clima ideal además de que tiene las 4 orientaciones, bonitas vistas al mar. El anfitrion perfecto, siempre atento y dispuesto a resolver cualquier problema que surja. Al llegar encontramos una botella de vino de la tierra y frutas de su propio huerto. Hemos tenido una estancia muy agradable y volveremos a esta casa sin ninguna duda.

Excelente, la casa y la ubicación fenomenal.

La casa muy completa, eramos un grupo grande 9 y hemos estado muy cómodos, tanto Alberto y Nuria súper amables, nos ayudaron al momento cuando tuvimos un pequeño problema.Nuria nos vino a buscar cuando llegamos y nos perdimos. Gracias por todo.

Mooie nette villa

Ruime woning, alle voorzieningen aanwezig (vaatwasser,wasmachine, oven, magnetron ...) heerlijk meerdere badkamers. Genoten op het terras met de bbq. Mochten fruit en kruiden uit de tuin gebruiken. Kortom prima woning.

Holidays in La Palma with the whole family

we enjoied our stay in a very nice and well equipped home, furnished with tastefulness and with a wonderfull view on sea. We also appreciated the immediate distinction of a technical problem. Although Alberto could not be on place when we arrived he organized all for good beginning of our stay. Thank you Alberto !

Stilvolles kanarisches Haus, sehr gepflegt, mit viel Liebe eingerichtet.

Wir kommen seit 30 Jahren auf diese Insel und sind froh dieses Kleinod gefunden zu haben. Es liegt zentral auf der Ostseite der Insel, ist aber trotz Flughafennähe sehr ruhig. Kein Straßenlähm, eine himmlische Ruhe. Die gut ausgestattet Küche ist für jeden Koch/in wohl tuen, kein improvisieren. Die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll passend zum Haus. Kinderspielzeug, Spiele, es fehlt an nichts, außer an Zeit länger zu bleiben.
