Starting with Luz Acevedo (General Manager) with incredible customer service excellence and most important available to guests concerns, your day starts with an amazing breakfast, usually under the superb attention of Santiago who will make sure your breakfast is an extraordinary experience. He makes you feel a friend of the house. Front desk with Alejandra who will guide you to the best restaurants in town with a smile that will bright your day, and assist immediately with any stay concerns. Jesus, Overseeing the whole operation is kind of a magician resolving everything with kindness a smile and professionalism. Olga in House keeping makes sure your room is perfect and smell like a garden of flowers every day and Yanaira is an incredible young lady that together with Fabian and Faiber, will be there for you at the restaurant (amazing place) to make your experience upgraded to a 5 stars. Of course there is more staff at the hotel and all of them are amazing. if you are ever in Cucuta, Colombia, this hotel is definitely the right place to enjoy your stay.
