Host was very helpful and responsive Clean, comfortable, good location close to train station and walking distance to great restaurants and Trevi Fountain

A hotel in a brilliant location. Close to all the attractions. Well air conditioned. Nice breakfast. Two points to be improved on 1. customer service, it may have been a language barrier but the staff on reception were not the friendliest and didn't deal well with a couple of requests. 2. the bathroom had been newly fitted by the looks of it, which was good, but there were a couple of snagging issues that needed to be addressed (see issues not dealt with above).
