The best part about my stay was the hotel staff. Every single interaction that I had with staff members was positive. Keylorn and Renee from the front desk went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were addressed throughout my stay and that I was comfortable. The grounds are beautiful, the lite bites and beverages from the cafe are delicious, and the location is convenient if you're staying in Villa. The rooms need a serious update along with the restaurant menu, however I would gladly return if ever in the area again.

If you love nature, this hotel is for you. From the sounds of the lapping waves to the chirping of the birds, and two friendly resident cats, the ambience is always relaxing. The surroundings are well maintained and the staff is friendly and helpful. You will be comfortable. My recommendation to the hotel is that the bathroom amenities be updated, including putting grab bars in the shower, to improve guest experience. The food is quite tasty, but the lunch and dinner menus should carry different dishes. This would provide a more enjoyable dining experience especially for guests who are staying several days.

The staff were friendly and welcoming. They were always politely ready to respond to your requests. The room was cleaned daily and the balcony as needed. Breakfast was "not my cup of tea." 😂

We needed a last minute hotel after we missed the ferry and this was a really nice change from sterile chain hotels. The room was more of an efficiency apartment in a duplex bungalow style, the beds were very comfortable kings, and the bathroom large. The grounds were beautiful, and we really enjoyed the restaurant/bar that had a great view of the water and beach access. The staff was really nice as well. The only things that might be an issue for some would be the pool is small and right off the bar area and most rooms would be difficult to access for people who have problems walking.
