「This is definitely not your conventional vacation place to stay - a working farm, log cabin portions, modern kitchen appliances hidden in plain sight behind old farmhouse cabinets, eclectic decor that you can spend hours browsing and looking at so many unique items. 「We vacationed to St. Louis and wanted to stay outside of the city so we could enjoy our down time in nature. This place is an older home tucked away on the edge of a state park. It was a 30 minute drive from everything we wanted to do (from downtown St. Louis activities, to Eureka, to Meramec River adventures) which was perfect! 「Nice house, well maintained and decorated. Kitchen stocked, house clean and comfortable. We had a wonderful stay, everyone had their own space even our dog! Restaurants and coffee shops are a short walking distance. We enjoyed walking our dog by the river every morning. Our host was very responsive.
