“We stayed at this villa for a month. We had our family of 9 people here for 10 days. The layout with 2 separate apartments was perfect for our group. We had great weather during our stay and so we used the pool (unheated) frequently. The kitchen has all the utensils you will need for cooking, and some spices too. The owners were very responsive to any issues that came up. This is a rustic typical Tuscan villa. It could use additional comfortable seating inside, and it would be great if there was……

Wir haben den Aufenthalt am großzügigen und sauberen Pool genossen, gemeinsam gekocht und draußen auf der Terrasse gesessen. Billard und Tischtennis wurden gerne genutzt und die Schlafzimmer waren alle individuell und gemütlich. Am ersten Tag gab es Probleme mit einem Bett, sowie einem kaputten Toilettendeckel. “We had a lovely holiday at Villa Rasenna. Louise is a great host and was very helpful and replied very quickly to any queries. The kitchen is well equipped and the sitting area comfortable and homely. We made good use of the pool. We enjoyed a great meal in the villa cooked by Elena and a local wine tasting and pizza in the village. There are lovely walks from the villa in the local countryside. Alen, the property manager who checked us in was great; a Cortona resident who provided lots of suggestions. Samantha, the owner was also easy to work with and stayed in communication from booking to departure. Highly recommend property and host. For those arriving by train, I would suggest booking a taxi well in advance as they are difficult to arrange. We booked Saban Salijevic who was great!……

“Jeżeli potrzebujesz wypocząć od zgiełku miejskiego to moim zdaniem nie ma lepszego miejsca. Dom przestronny i bardzo dobrze wyposażony. Basen duży i czysty. Dużo miejsca w ogrodzie do relaksu i wypoczynku. Miejsce do wspólnych posiłków przy basenie dla 12 osób. Zdecydowanie polecam ten dom”

“Comfortable and well maintained house overviewing the entire valley. Lovely terras with grill. Large swimming pool reachable via stairs. Quiet location, about 10/15 minutes to the nearest grocery store and butcher. You definitely need a car. We would love to come back in future. Nice places to visit within max 1 hr drive are Perugia (30 min), Cortona (45 min), Gubbio ( 1 hr). Lake Transimeno only 35 min away. Warm welcome by Philip and Madeline both speeking perfectly English.”

“Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub über Silvester in Cortona. Die Ferienwohnung war gepflegt, groß und die Lage in der Altstadt super. Cortona ist eine sehr lebendige Kleinstadt und als Ausgangspunkt für Toskana-Urlaube geeignet. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr angenehm und er ist jederzeit bei Fragen erreichbar. Einen Parkplatz für das Auto findet mach außerhalb der Altstadt ganz in der Nähe (5 min zu Fuß entfernt). Nur die Ausleuchtung und das Lampenlicht in der Ferienwohnung sind……

“Nice house and a fantastic garden. Cortona is a great place. The house wasn't very clean and the Air-Con is available but doesn't really cool the bed rooms upstairs on hot summer days. It's too expensive for what it is.”
