“Federica's semi-detached home is a wonderful place to stay for touring the Padua area, including Venice. Federica is a warm and friendly host. The home is accurately depicted by the Vrbo site listing. I would definitely stay there again when visiting that area.”

“Appartamento posto in un palazzo in pieno centro storico, palazzo in fase di ristrutturazione. Silenzioso e ben riscaldato. A parte un problema iniziale dovuto alla mancanza della biancheria letto per il terzo ospite, prontamente risolto, il resto del soggiorno ė andato bene. Personale reception gentile e disponibile sin dal primo approccio via email. Risposte veloci e chiare. Bilocale arredato e completo di utensili da cucina, per un soggiorno senza tante pretese. Avendo una cucina……

“La struttura è praticamente nuova ed è fornita di tutto il necessario per il soggiorno, si trova a 100 dal tram monorotaia che taglia in due la citta di Padova ed è comodissimo per raggiungere ogni luogo importante. E' a 200 metri a piedi da piazza delle Erbe. Pulitissima e silenziosa, il letto comodo. Infine il proprietario al telefono è stato sempre disponibilissimo e preciso. La consiglieri sicuramente.”

“La vivienda gestionada por Fabrizio y Mary es mucho mejor incluso de lo que se aprecia en las fotografías. Está cuidada hasta el último detalle y se encuentra en las afueras de Castelbaldo, lo cual la hace muy tranquila. Junto a la vivienda se encuentra un Bar donde se puede desayunar y a 50m un magnífico restaurante-pizzería, con una calidad increible. Realmente, no es la típica casa de alquiler, sino algo realmente muy profesional. Gracias por la experiencia.”

“Struttura ottima, pulita, insonorizzata, con un piccolo difetto, riscaldamento non funzionante, siamo stati al freddo tutta la notte e il proprietario si è solo scusato. Poco arredata, mi aspettavo almeno uno sgabello nel bagno e la TV è sprovvista di antenna. È buono solo x pernottare.”

“A very clean modern apartment located less then 100 metres from the Piazza della Frutta. Walking distance to all major attractions including la Cappella degli Scrovengi. The apartment is equipped with everything required for a couple including a washing machine. We stayed for four very comfortable nights. Communication with the owner was completely electronic as was entry to the apartment.”

“My family (6 adult, 1 18 yo, and 1 9 yo) stayed for 8 days on the property. The host Tommaso was amazing from our initial contact to reserve the Villa to the day of checkout. The Villa was clean and spacious and provided a central location for us to make day trips to Verona, Venice, Florence, and Lake Garda. Taxi service from Verona was easy to arrange, although we rented 2 cars for the week as well. I'm surprised by some of the reviews about the property being in need of updating. It was clear……

“We are ten friends and rented three apartments in the building. Everyone was happy! It truly does overlook the castle and is an easy walk into town for restaurants. Nadia was friendly and always available if needed. Just a few things to keep in mind: no elevator to the apartments in the upper three floors, however those apts all have balconies. Also, the internet never worked. We all agreed we would stay there again. Thank you, Nadia!”

“When we arrived we could not enter. The bell was not heard. We did not got from VRBO a telephone number of the owner. After an half hour we found the number on old box lying on the ground and we could enter and we could phone the owner. The heating was off, the TV does not work, the WIFI was very bad. So Much sorry, sorry that we named the owner als Mr. Sorry.”

“A very nice apartment right in the heart of the old town, located within walking distance from the major monuments. Cute and cosy set up, although the second bed room is actually a loft. Immaculate conditions of all the furniture and features: definitely a place to recommend. Please note: the apartment does not feature a dishwasher which represents a (small) minus. ”

“A wonderful location close to St. Anthony's Basilica. Easy to get to transportation to take you into Venice. Unfortunately there was one staff member who was not very kind or helpful, but all the rest were very good. ”
