“Checkin was horrible. The key system apparently wasn’t working so they couldn’t get us into the room until late. I had my 84 year old mother with me and thankfully our other family members already had rooms for her to rest and sit. Finally I had to go back to the desk and they said they would have to let me into the room but when we went up the key Charles had didn’t work and he said the door battery was dead so he left me there with suitcases and bags waiting for engineering to come up. ……

“Its was a really neat and well decorated hotel. It was VERY quiet when we were there. We only saw 2 other people despite the parking lot being full. I do wish it had a continental bkfast but each suite has a kitchen so really no need i guess. The lighting in the sitting area in room needs improvement. Other than that it was great. Enjoyed our one night stay. ”
