“We booked a studio flat with full kitchen. Hotel room was huge and the kitchen got everything you need. The spa facilities are very good with several hot tubs that you can dip into. But just tubs are a bit crowded. We were happy with the hotel itself but just the location was a bit too far....we drove from Jasper to this hotel, it took us forever to reach there. And after Banff and Jasper, you would find Kootenay a big disappointment in scenery. Making the drive to Panorama not worth it. But……

“The location of the condo is perfect, it is close to all of the activities on the hill, and there was a ton to keep our kids (9&11) busy. It was well equipped to cook a few meals on our own, but also walking distance to the restaurants. Host was quick to respond when we needed help at check-in. “The room was great. Very clean and cozy. There was a small hiccup with check in but I think that was an issue with the resort not the hosts and it was resolved quickly. We had to check in late and the hosts were fine with that, which we really appreciated it.”
