「Unsafe and Inhabitable」

「The hot tub faucets leaked and the towel rack in the bathroom was broken, and the room was very dark.」

「It is outdated. Our steam room leaked. There was bubbled paint on ceiling outside of steam room and mold on ceiling in the steam room. Hotter was old too and had cracks around the jets and drain. For as much as it cost it definitely needs to be updated.」

「Excellent stay experience! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The room was bright and tidy, and the check-in process was smooth and efficient. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help, which made the stay even more pleasant. The location, cleanliness, and overall atmosphere exceeded my expectations. I had a very comfortable and relaxing stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others. I would gladly stay here again in the future. 」

「The air conditioning was leaking all night and made a puddle. Other then that it was enjoyable」

「During my 4 day stay, we had no power due to unfortunate weather events, however we had no power for the entire 4 days we stayed.This was very unexpected. We had no way to charge any of our devices or use any of the amenities until the day we had to check out. We only had hot water starting on our first full day we stayed. The place really should have a generator in the events of these weather related incidents, we were constantly hot and unable to cool down or really enjoy anything other than a...

「The hotel is a bit on the older side but was clean. My only complaint was the carpet cleaning being done outside my room after 7:30pm - after we had a 6+ hour drive. I had to call the front desk twice to get them to stop so we could relax and sleep prior to our early departure.」

「It was unkept. No rack to hang dresses, when I asked for one they said they didn't have any. It was pure squalor. I could not bear to stay there we left and found a place that didn't make me want to vomit. The help was mentally not there.」
