Worst night sleep ever!! Don’t recommend in summer

Room was uncomfortably hot. Air con terminal stopped pumping out cold air about 3am and the room became unbearably hot. There was nobody to be found in the hotel and my family of four had to stand outside multiple times in the dark to get some air. We managed to get the kids back to sleep after several hours by placing wet towels on their back. We wanted to complain at check out but there was still nobody to be seen!! A single person who was in the restaurant just told us to leave our key at the front desk and leave. The rooms / bathroom also smelled pretty musty. Not pleasant. If it’s winter and you are not travelling as a family I’m sure this place would do for a night or two but I would never consider this place again with my family.

Personeel spreken geen Engels. Jij moet altijd lang wachten voor dat een medewerker bij de receptie komt. Airco in de kamer was niet goed en buiten was boven 30 graden. Ontbijt is erg slecht en weinig keuze. Mijn vrouw bestelde eten en kreeg iets heel anders. Eenmaal dit doorgeven kregen we alleen sorry te horen klaar. Niks verder. Gehoorig kamers. In het dorp heb je geen andere keuze kwa eten dus jij moet met het eten van het hotel doen. Nooit meer. Enige plus punt is dat wij 1uur langer mochten uitchecken. Echter wij waren om 16 uur aangekomen en moesten ook bij 1 en 1/2 wachten voor onze kamer. Dus echt uitzondering was het niet om later uit te checken. Ik kom nooit meer hier.

Signori, le persone che ci hanno accolto sono state squisite, molto gentili e disponibili. Il bagno in camera però assolutamente inadeguato: assenza del bidet, doccia fredda e mal funzionante, sciacquone wc non funzionante, non un mobiletto in bagno e nemmeno una luce sullo specchio. Abbiamo pernottato solo due notti e non abbiamo voluto lamentarvi ma il bagno proprio in pessime condizioni.

Ho scelto questo hotel per trascorrere il tempo libero in piscina, ma subito mi sono accorta che la piscina era un uso ad una intera famiglia(i titolari?) che urlavano, si tiravano oggetti, schiamazzavano senza curarsi degli altri. Anche la camera è molto trascurata col bagno che cade a pezzi.

C'est un ancien prieuré, le confort est assez spartiate, la nourriture pas exceptionnelle, mais rien à dire, compte tenu du prix. Wifi inexistant.
