“We had a great stay at this flat. It's located on mostly a pedestrian street with quite a few restaurants. It's in easy walking distance to the train, the main street Calle Uria, and all main city attractions. We were a multi-generational group and the two bedroom two bath set up worked great for us. Laundry was a great addition as well.The flat has been pretty newly updated. There was a little bit of street noise in the front bedroom in the evening but double pained doors and roll down……

“Mooi gelegen groot appartement in het centrum van Oviedo. Fijn dat er een parkeerplaats in een afgesloten parkeergarage bij hoorde.Gastvrij ontvangst door de eigenaren.Gelegen aan de “ wijnroute”; diverse bars en restaurants in de straat. Geen last gehad van geluidshinder ook al was het erg druk in de straat.Inrichting is enigszins gedateerd maar dat mocht de pret niet drukken.Alle touristische attracties zijn op loopafstand. Er zijn 2 supermarkten in de buurt.”

“Bonito y cuidado alojamiento cerca de Cudillero. No le faltaba ningún detalle, destacar la limpieza. El personal muy amable y comunicativo, se esforzaron para que estuviésemos lo más cómodos posible. Sí volvemos por la zona no dudaremos en volver a alojarnos en este establecimiento.”

“El apartamento esta bastante bien, esta relativamente cerca de oviedo, siempre y cuando vayas en coche, los lugareños son muy amables y te ayudan en todo lo que pueden, el pueblito para ser tan chico, tiene de todo, gasolinera, restaurantes, bares, farmacia, tienditas, y en lo que al apartamento respecta parecen nuevas viviendas que casi que las estrenas tu, esta todo en perfecto estado y al llegar te dan unos codigos para poder entrar”
