Casa Nela (CA- 1527AS) is the ideal option for those seeking quality accommodation in a unique natural space, located in Piedrafita de Valles, (municipality of Villaviciosa), they are in the ideal place to enjoy nature in a quiet and privileged environment. Its excellent location pleases both the lovers of the mountain and the lovers of the beaches.

Offers 3 places on 2 floors divided between: 1 room with double bed, bathroom and TV, on the top floor, and a double sofa bed on the ground floor.

Facilities and services:
The house has a living-dining room with TV, DVD, wood burning fireplace and kitchen equipped with 2 gas rings, refrigerator and microwave. Outside we can enjoy a wood barbecue and a terrace designed as a summer dining room under a wooden pergola, which opens onto the landscape with spectacular views.

Fijne rustige plek

Het huisje ligt in een wat uitgestorven dorp waardoor het heel rustig is. Het huisje is wel wat dinker, maar als de zin schijnt kun je heerlijk buiten zitten. In het huisje is ales goed verzorgt en schoon. De eigenaar is heel gastvrij en vriendelijkheelrustig

Ein kleines altes Chalet in einem kleinen Dorf zwischen Meer und Bergen mit freundlichen Nachbarn, sehr urig. Sehr gepflegt, alles da und praktisch. Viele Möglichkeiten an Unternehmungen. Sehr freundliche Begrüßung mit vielen Tipps durch Luisma! Im Nachbarort eine BAR mit gutem Essen in der sich Abends die Einheimischen treffen. Meer 30Minuten Berge rundum

Beautiful Location

We chose this house because of the location. It is quite remote, in a very small hamlet about 10km up narrow roads. Villaviciosa is a lovely small town and worth a walk around. The hamlet of Piedrafita is exactly that, a hamlet. We were hugely disappointed that the local bar/eatery had suffered a fire and was out of action for the foreseeable. That was a shame because it was only a couple of hundred meters away from our accommodation. The nearest place to eat is a 20 minute walk to the next village. It is very rustic but the people were very friendly and we enjoyed a local meal one evening. The views from the terrace of the accommodation were stunning, but we were very unfortunate with the weather and suffered a lot of cloud, rain and, at times, cold. Don't be put off by that, as it was unusually cold and rainy for the west of the country that week. The property is owned by Louisma. He is a really nice guy that is genuinely interested in you having a good holiday. He gave us great tips of places to visit and walks to go on. He couldn't do enough. It's a shame that all holiday let owners aren't like him. He's the sort of guy you would like to go for a drink with.

Un soplo de aire fresco

Es una casita preciosa con todo lo necesario situada en un lugar muy tranquilo, un paraiso para los amantes de los hórreos. Chimenea operativa, una buena conexión a internet y una terraza a tiro de piedra de la casa para disfrutar del aire libre. En el baño hay que tener cuidado con la cabeza y a la hora de entrar y salir de la ducha, pero es fácil acostumbrarse. Unos días que han resultado reparadores, muchas gracias por todo, Luisma, tienes una casa muy cálida. espero que nos veamos pronto de nuevo.

Un sitio muy bonito para disfrutar de la naturaleza

El alojamiento muy confortable, el salón está decorado con un gusto exquisito, como se puede ver en las fotos Indicar que la vista de la terraza está fuera de la casa, esto hace que sea un poquito menos cómodo. Destacar los vecinos Celsa y Paco que fueron encantadores con nosotros.
