「Gabrielle was welcoming and friendly. The room was very clean and spacious. We loved the character and history of the Chateau. The setting was peaceful and relaxing , and it was a lovely spot as a base for our day trips. 」

「Evasile est la meilleure !!! Nous sommes venus dormir une nuit pour la fête médiévale de Provins et Evasile a été super accueillante tout le long. Nous avions demandé s’il était possible de venir plutôt pour déposer nos affaires et Evasile à tout fait pour nous aider, nous avions trouvé ça hyper gentil de sa part. Après la nuit passée, nous avons pu partir plus tard que l’heure de Check-out prévue pour bien avoir le temps de nous préparer, et Evasile nous avais même fait le petit-déjeuner....

「In de eerste kamer was het geluid van de snelweg te horen; de zeep was op, maar omdat er problemen met de wc waren kregen we een andere kamer. Ook daar was de zeep op, de douchecabine is erg krap en het douchegordijn 'plakt' aan mij tijdens douchen. Slechts twee stopcontacten, waarvan eentje net buiten de badkamer, dus scheren met open deur. Andere stopcontact zat los. Rookmelder aan plafond hing los.」

「We like the convenient location of this hotel to the church, museums and market. The secure parking is a plus and convenient. The property and the room we had were well maintained. They have a cute outdoor area in the back of the hotel you can sit The staff were friendly and spoke English. The AC and lift worked well.」

「So, I had to book this as it was so cheap and everything else was 4 times as much. I did not gave high expectations as in fairness it was excellent value. However, I had difficulty getting in my room due to the door code not working. The showers has no towels and the toilets had no seat. The rooms were hot and so I opened the window and the noise then came through from voices outside and motorbikes. In the end I slept. Which is what mattered as I had been cycling all day.
