"This property was nice clean. It was roomy the bed was comfortable and very quiet. Food was great had lunch and breakfast there. Breakfast was included in the room fee. Apparently they are building a train station close by so will be more convenient in the future. They have a free shuttle to and from the airport. "

"Stayed here for my sons birthday and daughters dance trip to Disney, hotel was amazing, got a really good deal on the stay, room was spotless, really good size for a family of four, best of all right next to the park so didn’t have to rely on shuttle bus. Will definitely be back"

"The hotel itself is lovely, clean, and has great amenities to help keep children entertained when you’re not at Disneyland. The reception staff and cleaning team were polite and very helpful throughout our stay. There is a free shuttle service to and from Disneyland, including after the fireworks, which is really convenient. However, as you can imagine, these get very busy, so expect them to be quite crowded. Negatives: Breakfast – While it initially looks like there’s a good selection, the quality lets it down. Options are quite limited unless you want things like kidney beans in tomato sauce, overcooked bacon, or pale herb sausages. Many items needed replenishing or were left messy. There are also two dining areas—one that feels more premium, while the other is more basic, with plastic plates and noticeably less care. Indoor pool – The pool itself is nice, but the water is very cold. It’s not ideal for babies or younger children. My kids didn’t mind, but I found it too cold to stay in for long. Evening food – We ate here twice. It’s decent, and after eating in Disney parks, it was nice to have healthier options like salad. However, the food was slow to be replenished and the variety wasn’t great. Pricing was €38 per adult and €20 per child, excluding drinks. Additional costs – On arrival, you’ll need to pay the standard tourist tax, plus a €150 refundable deposit. "

"We stayed for one night on a room only basis to use our 5th park day, after staying 4 nights at Davy C Ranch. Perfect for an extra night. It does need a refresh/update of the room but was clean enough and a good base for our final night. We caught the bus to and back from the park in non peak times and was easy and convenient. We were going to have breakfast before leaving for home but the queue was very long so didn’t bother! I would do a night there again at the end of a 4 night and 5 day package but will stick to Davy C for a longer stay. "

"Staff helped to do early check-in and were very cooperative. Breakfast was average and breakfast room was small. "

"We went as a family of 4, 2 adults and 2 children aged 6 and 8 for 5 days. We had a great stay. Positives: The aqua park was fantastic with something for every age. The shop was great and had everything you could think of. Staff in check in were amazing and interacted with the children it was a great welcome and start to our break. The size of our accommodation was great along with the outside area. The onsite farm was fantastic and the animals are well looked after. Cons: We had one frying pan and one saucepan. We also only had 2 bowls. The beds are quite hard. The shower had a strong smell coming from the drain. The laundrette has only 5 washing machine and 3 tumble dryers for the size of the park this needs to be tripled. We had to ask for extra bedding as you got one pillow per person which we had to ask twice for. Overall the cons didn’t ruin our stay at all but are certainly things that could be improved on. We would definitely go back."

"Beautiful hotel. Rooms were spacious and appropriately appointed. Great location to enjoy Disney parks and Disney Village. Be aware that you will not be able to enjoy the amenities (i.e. pool) until check-in. "

"During my stay at the lodge, my experience was initially normal and comfortable. However, that changed significantly after a serious incident involving hotel staff. While I was asleep in my room, I was awakened to find my door open and two Disney employees attempting to bypass the door latch using a “Do Not Disturb” sign. When I confronted them, they claimed they were trying to enter to clean the room. This explanation did not align with the situation, as I was clearly inside and had not requested service. I reported the incident to management, who acknowledged the severity of what occurred and expressed concern. As a resolution, I was offered a complimentary breakfast, i was not seeking any sort of compensation. The following morning, when attempting to use the breakfast that had been offered after the attempted break in, I encountered further issues. After speaking with two managers who confirmed I was approved as it seemed they did not accredit the breakfast correctly to my room, I was then stopped by the restaurant manager, who stated he did not believe me and accused me of lying and stated i could pay or leave. Following these incidents, I no longer felt safe or respected as a guest. Given the cost of the stay, I expected a basic standard of security and professionalism. Instead, I was left feeling uneasy in my own room and concerned about the safety of my belongings and my own personal safety, as well as the possibility of further unauthorized entry attempts."
