Hôtel très propre, service client très réactif (réservation à la dernière minute, un jour férié), literie impeccable et très confortable. Un salon dans l’hôtel avec une bouilloire ou un distributeur de boissons serait un gros plus, car peu de choses sont ouvertes le soir dans Villeneuve sur Lot, et c’est vraiment la seule chose qu’il manque à cet hôtel.

Un hôtel étape confortable

Mon arrivée autonome a été parfaitement mise en place, j'ai eu un contact téléphonique avec le responsable qui est très sympathique, les explications reçues ensuite par SMS pour accéder à la chambre en toute autonomie étaient très claire. La chambre est propre, confortable, équipée d'un ventilateur. Le petit déjeuner, très copieux, nous a été servi dans un hôtel partenaire juste à côté, avec beaucoup de chaleur, de convivialité. Le parking est un parking public, payant la journée en semaine, gratuit le soir, les week-ends et jours fériés. Pour faire une pause au cours d'un long trajet, c'est parfait, je recommande !
