「I really enjoyed the location. It felt like living as a Parisian, right in the middle of everyday city life. The area is vibrant both day and night, with people constantly on the move or simply enjoying themselves, and plenty of small, unique restaurants to explore.
That said, if you are looking for peace and quiet, this may not be the ideal spot. The neighborhood has an active nightlife, with open cafes and music well into the evening.

「フロントスタッフが居ない事、部屋の清掃、タオル交換が別料金である事を予約前に確認すべきでした。格安なホテルのこのシステムが今一般的なのでしょうがスタッフとの連絡が取れないのが大変不便でした。 特にセイフティーボックスが故障した緊急事態でも「スタッフは行けない」「電話をしろ」との返答をエクスペリアを通して伝えられただけでした。 部屋は新しく清潔でキッチンも整っておしゃれなタイニーハウスの様で快適です 観光拠点にも最高でしたが不安だらけの滞在でした。」

「When we arrived, the property had not been cleaned from the previous stay, although the owner sent someone around within the next hour. there is lots of water damage around the property and noticeable damp and mugginess. We were unable to turn the downstairs heating off, and it was very warm.
The property is in an overall great location, 20 min walk from Gare du Nord and 10-minute walk to central Montmartre and the metro. 」
