Our defenetly unique, heritage remind, territory, surrounded by nothing else but nature consists of :

- 1 "Berneliu Kaimas Sauna" (Older building wich is included in the main price)
- 1 "Berneliu Kaimas Private Villa" (New building wich is not included in the main price)
- private, stocked with fish pond
- volleyball playground
- terraces outdoors

The space
Our territory consists of :
- First building- "Berneliu Kaimas Sauna" is with a hall, fireplace, Russian sauna, and up to 30 sleeping places in one common area (second floor). Hot tub outside(aditional 50eur.). Amenities - wc, shower indoors. Outside terrace is a couple steps away. Building is great for events and family rest.
