“This hotel is located in quiet area but close to metro station, and there's a tourist information just nearby. Also not far from cable car station Oasis and Sky Costanera, about 20 minutes walk. “Room was quite spacious but no fridge. Staff were friendly and helpful. There is drinking water in the breakfast area. Location wise, the path to the hotel seems a bit sketchy at night. It’s a 30 min walk to the main attractions. There are lots of things to explore on the way so not bad. Overall a good place to stay at.”

“Loved this hotel. We came back 3 separate times as Santiago was our home base. For the price we paid, we were very satisfied. Shared bathrooms were not a problem and there were enough that it almost felt like we had our own bathroom. Everything was clean and well maintained. The staff was delightful and very helpful. ”

“Alright stay, pool is nice, but there is literally no service, no one to ask about anything. We thought it was a hotel, but must have missed something in the fine print; even the staff in the cafe below refer to it as an AirBnb. The music (and other noise) from the cafe travels to the rooms, because there is seemingly no insulation in the room doors. There is no toilet brush even though they don’t clean the rooms, and we found a pair of (some one else’s) underwear beneath the bed…you apparently……

“The hotel staff was really accommodating for my friends and I as I celebrate my birthday in Santiago. Ana was so helpful with the arrival and departure. The room was nice, and my friends enjoyed their stay. The rooms are not soundproof as listed online, but I was able to get a good night rest everynight.
