“Great place for backpackers exploring Hanoi on a budget Perhaps not the best for families. The room was clean but quite utilitarian, not as nice as the photos. There was no elevator, but most of the rooms seemed to be on the main floor. The lock to our room was very poor. It could have been easily picked by a child. But we had no problems. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. ”

“We arrived the hotel at around 10pm, and the staff who knows English well was about to leave, luckily we were on time or else no one could help us. Since she’s leaving, they could not finish the check-in process fast, and asked us to leave the passport there, we were shocked that they were going to keep our passports. Of course we refused. Then, we go to the room, there is no elavator here which is expected, but when we arrived the room, it’s totallllllllllly different from the photos, there is……
