"This hotel has potential, but unfortunately, our experience was overshadowed by several major issues.
The first disappointment was the lack of basic amenities in the room. I don’t mean extras like an iron or coffee maker, but true essentials such as shampoo and conditioner. When I called the front desk, they confirmed that only soap is provided. For a hotel that presents itself as a 3-star, this is simply unacceptable.
Noise was another big problem. The property is located directly across from the main square, and while events there are common, the room had almost no soundproofing. Music went late into the night and resumed at 7:30 the next morning. With no proper insulation or double-glazed windows, restful sleep was impossible.
Other comfort issues added up quickly: the blackout curtains were too short and let light stream in early; the bathroom had a strong mothball odor, raising concerns about pest control; and in our room (608), there were no bedside tables or conveniently placed outlets for charging devices.
On the positive side, the location couldn’t be better, breakfast exceeded expectations, and the on-site parking was very convenient.
Overall, while the hotel offers some advantages, the lack of basic amenities, poor soundproofing, and comfort oversights make it hard to recommend in its current state."
