Family Christmas
Our family enjoyed our stay at the lake house. The house was beautiful and spacious. It was exactly what we wanted. The views of the lake were spectacular. We had problems with the entertainment system and the hot tub. One TV remote was missing, so we weren’t able to use the entertainment system in the main living room. Also, the hot tub had a bad odor and green color when we arrived. The host was not as helpful as expected with these two issues.

Roomy!!!
We had an interesting mixture of a group and I was worried we would feel on top of each other. But this house had so much space for lounging, eating, playing games and waiting around, it was more than comfortable. There are two pull out couches plus a roll away in addition to the beds listed. Access to docks is right beside the house, so you do have some people watching and the incline/decline is steep but there’s a lift to assist. Pool is small but not over used so we were pleased. Community amenities are gorgeous, clean and convenient. Sunrise comes in those big beautiful windows so it is bright but energy efficient because it wasn’t hot and bedrooms have great black out curtains. The mattresses are soft but not old, I’m a firm mattress person and I did just fine. Every room has a huge bathroom. Tons of books, games, tvs etc… we had a storm our first day and it was beautiful to watch on the water. Everything is in great working order and so clean excluding the dishwasher and upstairs thermostat which were reported and are easy fixes. Overall we loved the house so much we wanted to own it for ourselves. Great weekend!!

The house and the south shore addition is perfect for our family. The children love being able to fish in the pond as well as down off the dock. We can’t beat the view.

SO fun
This house was so beautiful! Everything was perfect and we had the best time celebrating my husband’s 30th birthday. Plenty of room for us, our family, and friends. The house was clean, check in was very easy, and the owners were quick to respond to our questions. We can’t wait to come back!

Panoramic View of lake
Opened front door and the view was a wow! Large house perfect for us: young parents and kids upstairs, grandparents in basement and hosts on main floor. The bathrooms had body soap, shampoo and crème rinse. Dishwash and laundry soap there. Kitchen needed dish rag and towels though. Also rented pontoon…really nice, newer and comfortable.

A 40th Birthday to remember
The most beautiful and accommodating place to hold my wife’s 40th birthday. The house was spacious and setup to host. The large glass sliding doors opening onto the the deck and combining the large living space with the Grand lake views was awesome. Friends and family are all talking about when they can go back and stay at this wonderful house again. Convenient location and a rocks throw from a grocery store. Couldn’t ask for more.

Gorgeous Lake Views
We enjoyed another wonderful stay at the Lake House with our family. Great house and the location is unbeatable. An added benefit is the availability of the boat for rent. Unfortunately weather prevented us from using it this trip. We are looking forward to coming back!

Great Property for our 3 families
We really enjoyed our stay with Brent. We had 3 separate families that stayed and the layout and the space was perfect!! One couple stayed on the main floor, the two other couple stayed downstairs in the basement, and all of our kids stayed upstairs in the 2 other bedroom. The house was very clean and furnished with everything that we needed for our stay. Brent was a great host and answered any questions we had before and during our stay. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Owner and helper were very responsive to any questions. We did have a problem with one shower leaking to a downstairs bathroom, but things happen. The plumber was contacted by owner and would have come out right away, but given that it was shower water and we were leaving then next day we said for him to come later. I feel confident that the next time the property is rented everything will be in order. No complaints about anything else. First class operation. Recommended.

Perfect place for our entire family to gather, we had 9 adults (ages 62-30), 2 teenagers and 1 infant. The only issue was hot water, so we had to stagger showers in the morning. Three inside and three outside gathering areas and plenty of room for meals. We hope to stay again in the future.

Beautiful Lakeside Retreat
Had a wonderful time with the family at this exceptional property. The lake views were incredible. The house was beautiful with an open floor plan. It was tastefully decorated and had every amenity. We particularly appreciated the convenient location which was close to the grocery store and major highways. Check in was easy and Brent and Kelsi were very helpful. We highly recommend this property.

What an amazing view and home. The amenities for our kids were great!
The check in process was very smooth and we settled in very easily. The sunrise view was spectacular and the lake was so calm during our stay. It was a relaxing getaway for our family and we appreciated all the fun activities in the home!

Wonderful Vacation Rental!
We made our reservation for this home last minute when Colorado Covid rental restrictions cancelled our original plans. This house saved our holiday plans! The owner was very responsive from my first inquiry until the day we checked out! It’s an unique property in a new neighborhood with beautiful views. The house is exactly as pictured. It is well stocked with en-suite bathrooms for every bedroom. There is also wonderful sitting areas in the basement and on the second floor. The outside patios were great, although cold and snow kept us from fully enjoying them. Our family is discussing when we can return to this wonderful property!

Grand House on Grand Lake
It was Thanksgiving and I searched for a place our family from Texas and Colorado could meet. The house was perfect for us. The house is very well designed. The bedrooms are large and spacious. The bathrooms were the best I have seen. But what made the house perfect for us was the living areas. Each of the three floors had a living area where people could gather as a group or get away to a more quiet space. With a 3 year old and a 5 year old, that was important to us. When you are in the maim living area, you have a beautiful view of the lake. And when you are outside on one of the three decks, you have an even better view of the lake and the surrounding area. And, when you are outside on the lower deck, you can relax by the firepit. The location of the house is in a beautiful small gated community that is landscaped with ponds and waterfalls. One highlight of the trip for our grandchidren was fishing in the ponds. Another highlight was riding the tram and going up the lighthouse (which were right next to the house). Especially in these times, it was important to us to find a place where we could stay and still "self isolate". This house was perfect!
