“This was my first time travelling to India, and being alone, I was excited but also initially a little apprehensive. The team at Kintsugi took any initial nerves away the moment I stepped foot through the door. This heritage property is an oasis of calm outside of the bustling town that is Udaipur. Within walking distance of the City Palace and lake, whilst also being far enough away that it feels like a calm retreat when needed. The staff made me feel like royalty. The breakfast and omelettes……

“This was a great hotel with great service. The clean rooms and caretaker was top notch for India. Would recommend this hotel. The room we got also had amazing views of the lake.”

“太完美了”

“It is a beautiful property, staff are very hospitalable too!”

“Beautfully restored heritage haveli in a quiet part of town. Lovely courtyard, and excellent rooftop restaurant. Clean, comfortable room, a little oasis of cool and quiet after being in town. Lovely helpful staff, and a very good laundry service.”

“We enjoyed our stay. This hotel is in the hustle and bustle of the old town. The staff and manager couldn’t be more helpful. The Aircon was good in the bedroom. The roof top restaurant was nice and food was excellent. The building had charm and character. It had been beautifully restored and the furniture was in keeping with its heritage. You need to accept that it’s an old building and isn’t sound proof. If you are a light sleeper you will be woken up by horns and dogs barking. That’s part of……

“感覺很差。幫忙買巴士票。結果告知的等車的時刻是錯的。去到現場車子早走了2個小時。不建議去住宿。”

“A very enjoyable stay at the Smiling Sparrows Villa. The charming villa is nestled in the middle of the old city and can only be accessed either by rickshaw or on foot. The rickshaw drive to-from the villa was one of my favourite parts of the trip! It is perfect for small groups. There are two double rooms and extra beds if needed. The freshly cooked breakfasts from Bhagwati were lovely and he was very accommodating with our requests. I enjoyed the selection of books left by the owners. The……

“主任很有誠意，自動幫我們升等”

“入住当天是情人节，酒店给我们免费升级了湖景房，很开心啊！”

“가격 싼거 제외하고 메리트 없음. 시트에 피가 묻어져 있고 시트 청소를 꼼꼼하게 했으면함, 그리고 벌레가 침대 위에 있음 자다가 코에 들어갔음”

“We had a great experience there. The hotel is a quiet and peaceful place adjacent to a big park. The staff is polite and humble and helped us in serving special meals for our toddler.”

“best location, everything is so near to the hotel.”
