「Firstly, the check in experience felt overwhelming. They asked for my passport details of all the people. After sending the details, they said we needed adhar card. Which, I (the person the room is under), gave the adhar card. However, after another hour, they asked us to send OCI cards, we sent it again. Then after 15 minutes, they asked for the adhar card again, even though I gave them the hard copy. Secondly, the room was 250$, and which came with stained sheets. I asked for a rollaway...
