"This property was perfect for our visit to Lassen Volcanic Park area. I give an overall 5 stars. Although it was great to unplug (no Wi-Fi), the cell signal was very weak and having Wi-Fi might allow guests to check in with loved ones easier. Otherwise it was excellent"

"My mom and I really enjoyed our weekend here at the village. It was so scenic and picturesque and we really enjoyed our breakfast and dinner at the restaurant. It was a perfect distance to Lassen national Park and I can definitely see us coming back. The late check-in instructions were incredibly simple to follow, I would recommend any future guest screenshot their check instructions as there is no Wi-Fi within the rooms."

"If you pass this by, you truly missed out! Jody and Lisa’s house on the farm is a hidden gem. This well-appointed home adjacent to a charming creekside area will overwhelm you. The house has a layout that provides ample family spaces as well as privacy. The kitchen is a chef’s dream with high end appliances and then some. As a couple, we only needed the first level which was extremely comfortable. The first-floor bedroom with a king bed and spacious ensuite bath suited us well. The king bed was very comfortable. Our morning coffee on the deck was wonderful. The cool morning air and rooster crowing just makes you relax and enjoy the views. After spending the day exploring Lassen Volcanic National Park, we came back to the tranquility of farm life enjoying the large deck with beverages under the shade trees listening to the peaceful silence while feeling the stress of life melt away. We were able to enjoy delightful dinners el fresco as there were no bugs, a big perk for this New England couple. When nightfall came, we headed to the hot tub for stargazing with a glass of wine. During our time, the half moon illuminated the deck so much there was no need for the fire pit. We packed up beverages, food, books and yoga mat for the creek. The creekside area is awesome with its deck, dining table under the pergola, grill and variety of chairs. We spent the day exploring the creek, enjoying yoga sessions, laying in the sun and reading. It was a perfect day!"

"This was a wonderful place to stay. We had check in info sent ahead of time and were able to just drive up to our cabin and go on in. We had an electrical issue with the television and the host fixed it immediately and was extremely helpful. Just know WiFi is very limited, don’t expect to stream tv shows, but they also have a HUGE library of movies available. Would definitely stay here again!"

"The host was very experienced and responsive, the home was very clean, comfortable and welcoming. Snacks, bottle water , coffee and fruits were made available, the home was very spacious and everything worked as it should. The nature and environment was spectacular. I would definitely recommend!"
